New Way to Manage Permits and Projects

Building plans with logo saying OneStop.

A more streamlined way to manage permits and development projects is coming to Seminole County.

Seminole County OneStop launches October 19, replacing several existing systems with one online platform for permitting, planning, code enforcement, and other development-related projects. Customers will be able to apply for permits, submit plans, track projects, schedule inspections, make payments and more, all from one account.

The transition to OneStop begins October 14, and all customers will need to create a new account beginning October 19.

Before the transition, visit the OneStop webpage for important dates, steps to take and what to expect.
